So your statement, that any similar behavior coming from ARENA should surprise no one, rings true.

Not only that, but this kind of news should be resounding proof that our country is devolving from whatever progress was made after the fatricidal war, with thanks to ARENA's lack of foresight and mastery at mismanagement.

Simply take a look at the situation: El Salvador, with sectors run by gangs, and now with sectors run by "vigilantes", both of them outlaws. Doesn't this sound like a wild west movie, with armed groups popping out of the woodwork?

On another subject. Tim, you are always up to date with world-events, I wonder if you know if Discovery Channel's documentary "Guerra Ajena" was exhibited this past weekend? If you don't know what I'm talking about, here is the promo:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=ggOKmjhT8bg

Something that sticks about that short clip, is the fact that even our "military men" risk their lives in this unjust war for what reason? See how they escape El Salvador in hopes for citizenship en El Norte.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9177745.post-58520464758302754482007-09-11T18:51:00.000-05:002007-09-11T18:51:00.000-05:00Thank you for keepig up this blog its os informati...Thank you for keepig up this blog its os informative and can help people open their eyes and heart and make this country a better place!FThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15615491227002714587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9177745.post-599201688592685152007-09-10T12:14:00.000-05:002007-09-10T12:14:00.000-05:00As if the maras weren't enough...It's as if the co...As if the maras weren't enough...
It's as if the country is on its way to 80's all over again.

http://www.qiuvo.comQiuvohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02289461988573252156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9177745.post-44094069639638169372007-09-08T10:09:00.000-05:002007-09-08T10:09:00.000-05:00These developments should surprise no oneThe State...These developments should surprise no one

The State has abandoned its primary function of protecting the life and property of Salvadoreans

Instead, the ARENA administration wastes its time and energy in hobbies such as exploring how to reduce the price of gasoline in the Central American country with the cheapest gas prices

Therefore, there is no time nor focus nor funds to allocate to the police. We have less cops per citizen than NYC or Pittsburgh

Should we be surprised that a culture of vigilantes is arising?El-Visitadorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08823897085882597971noreply@blogger.com
